• “Services” refers to the various services provided by Utili Trade, including smart locker solutions, package delivery and management, and secondhand market transactions.
• “User” refers to any individual who uses or accesses Utili Trade’s services.

By using our services, you agree to the following:

• You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
• You will not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services or our systems.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our services or systems.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

Certain services provided by Utili Trade may be subject to fees, such as rental fees for using the smart lockers or transaction fees for secondhand market purchases. Fees will be clearly disclosed before you use a service, and you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Our services may integrate with or provide access to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or functionality of these third-party services, and your use of these services is subject to their terms and policies.

All content and materials on our services, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and text, are the property of Utili Trade or its licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Utili Trade will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to any packages stored in our smart lockers. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us for the applicable service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Utili Trade and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms of Use.

We may terminate or suspend your account or access to our services at any time, with or without cause. You may also terminate your account by contacting us at brandon@utili-trade.com. Upon termination, all rights and licences granted to you will immediately cease.

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from your use of our services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Utili Trade is located.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time, and will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
